A) Referral Program
Thank you for your interest in referring clients to Fineart Design Agency. Our referral program is designed to reward individuals or businesses who help us connect with potential clients. Please review the following terms and conditions to understand how the program works.
1. Eligibility
The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older and businesses interested in referring potential clients to Fineart Design Agency.
2. How the Referral Program Works
Refer a friend, contact, or business that may benefit from our design and development services.
To be considered a valid referral, the referred party must not be an existing client or previously in contact with Fineart Design Agency.
Referrals must be submitted through our official referral process (Visit Page).
3. Referral Bonus
You will receive 10% of the total project value (excluding taxes) as a referral bonus.
The bonus will be calculated based on the final project amount agreed upon and paid by the referred client.
The referral bonus is a one-time payment per successful project.
4. Payment Terms
The referral bonus will be paid after the referred client signs the contract and completes their first payment to Fineart Design Agency.
Payment will be processed within 30 days of receiving the client’s first payment.
Payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
5. Conditions for Referral Acceptance
The referred client must mention your name or referral code at the time of the initial introduction or inquiry.
If multiple referrers refer the same client, we will honor the first valid referral as per our records.
Referrals that result in canceled projects, refunds, or non-payment will not qualify for the referral bonus.
6. General Terms
Fineart Design Agency reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and regulations, depending on your location.
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
