Ezconsult is a telemedicine application developed by Fineart delivering high-quality, cost-effective remote patient care. The telemedicine platform consists mainly of three solutions such as Mobile app for end user/patients, Web application for both Clinics and Physicians.
Challenges
Key challenges
A whole telemedicine app with the facility to global search physicians, Patient records, Video consulting, Book appointment needs to be designed. Our design team put all our efforts and reference all other similar application and find our USP. We came up with a design which will let the end user navigate to physicians view their records seamlessly UI/UX design make the application more easy to use.
Solutions
A full fledged telemedicine application
A full fledged telemedicine application were created, users can book appointments and consult experts via video call. The customization and branding features help clinics in marketing their own telemedicine application building a network of multiple physicians. Each patient’s consultation history is kept safe which can be referred by physicians for a future reference.

Clinic administrator can manage the virtual clinic and appointments with any ease
The app helps clinic admins to manage multiple physicians, and patient appointments with ease. Telemedicine app becomes a new change, patients can now consult in the comfort of their home which will be very helpful in the time of a pandemic.
